What factors will affect the airflow of clean shed?

Aug 18, 2018

As a relatively simple cleaning device, the main advantage of the clean shed is to achieve the requirements of rapid components, and has the characteristics of fast installation, short construction cycle, low cost, easy to move and so on. Moreover, controlling the main production process in a small environment is also the best choice for clean room design.

However, in practical application, the air flow in the clean shed will be affected by many factors, including process equipment, personnel, clean room assembly materials, lighting equipment, etc. At the same time, the air flow distribution point above the production equipment should also be considered. Usually, the general operating table or production equipment, such as the surface of the air flow diversion point, should be located in the clean room space and partition 2/3 space.

Secondly, in the use of the clean shed, the obstacles such as the setting of the working table surface will produce eddy current phenomenon at the junction of each other, and the cleanliness near them will be relatively poor. Drilling the return air hole on the working table will minimize the eddy current phenomenon; moreover, the selection of assembly materials and the layout of equipment will be appropriate. Perfection is also an important factor in whether airflow is an eddy phenomenon.http://www.wxrfcleanroom.com/
