What is the structure of doors and windows in a clean workshop?

Generally speaking, there are three kinds of structural cracks in the doors and windows of clean workshop. One is the combination of diaphragm splicing and installation gap between diaphragm and clean room door; the second is the lap gap between diaphragm and opening fan; the third is the installation gap of glass or other core board. Among the three kinds of structural crevices, the first and the third belong to fixed crevices and the second belong to movable crevices. Installation gap is not only a small number of doors and windows in clean workshop, but also a relatively concealed combination of diaphragm and hole after decoration. It is a relatively easy to seal the fixed gap. In fixing doors and windows of clean workshop, we should pay special attention to whether the fixing points around the entrance are firm and stable. The gap in the overlap is different from that in the fixed gap. Because the movable fan needs to be opened, the sealing measures can not be taken. Compared with the windows, the opening fan of the door of the clean workshop is larger, and the movable cracks account for a larger proportion of the total number of structural cracks.


The opening times of doors and fans are much more frequent than those of windows, and the working conditions of the cracks around the doors and fans of clean rooms are more complex. Taking a single flat door as an example, the two sides of the door are small along the vertical direction.
